Thanks for the great podcast guys, it is really good to have it back again!

The ordering of "excessive" AGs levels seems to have decreased over time but is still recommended in many guidelines and tertiary references. However the use of AGs have really declined and seems to be limited to CF patients and febrile neutropenia in my practice (adult medicine).

Hi Guys,
I am a German family doc normally working in England but currently spending six months in New Zealand. I have only recently stumbled upon you back catalogue of podcasts and have been working through them in the last few weeks. I am up to episode 45 and already they have changed my daily practice. I have learned more in these podcasts than
It is also a lot more fun to have some ammunition to send the drug-reps packing when they babble on about some new drug that offers an 0.75% reduction of some surrogate marker or other.
Please continue my education and find a path through the jungle of confusion-marketing and 10000 new studies every year.
