Hi James and Mark.
I read the literature again and again and i wonder why if diabetes is a coronary risk equivalent they included diabetic patient in primary prevention studies. Why don´t they include diabetes patients without events in secondary prev studies?
Statins metanalysis in primary prevention are based in trials with too many sick people. Never the opposite (healthy people in secondary prev).
Is it contradictory or i have to read more english to better understand whay they mean?
Listening your podcast is my happy way to go to my hospital.
