I would be very sad if you
I would be very sad if you were unable to do the TEC podcasts anymore as they are the most interesting, educational and entertaining medical information out there. I would be happy to pay a subscription to receive weekly podcasts.

I think you are doing a fantastic job and hope that you continue. I have been telling all of my colleagues about your podcasts and encouraging them to have a listen.
Also happy to pay but only
Also happy to pay but only with Paypal- don't trust you Canadians with my credit card information. How about approaching the PBM's like Medco for sponsorship? They are always encouraging generic use and many of your messages are that newer is not always better.

I feel you are providing a valuable service for current and future clinicians. As and educator of family medicine residents, I have encouraged all of my colleagues and learners to give you a listen and I would be willing to pay a subscription fee: provided I receive a TEC totebag or umbrella of course.
If and when you get back on
If and when you get back on air some comment on niacin would be helpful. In your podcast on CVD it didn't get much of a mention. Now in trial with niazin and ezetimibe it's getting a push for reducing events!!!

I've come to rely on TEC like
I've come to rely on TEC like a junkie on methadone - of course I'd pay to keep it coming. Seriously, as a resident physician here in the States, I'm desperately clinging onto what evidence I can that shows my minimalist (some would say "nihilistic") approach to medicine has some value. I'm surprised that health insurance companies haven't approached you about sponsorship - I would think that in this age of overpriced guidelines and defensive medicine (at least here in the States) that the bean-counters wouldn't love to have more of us practicing with an actual evidence base. [Really, I adore your show; I recommend it to all my fellow attendings, residents and students; and would gladly sacrifice my next three(-ish) pharma-sponsored lunches to keep you guys on the air.] PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!!!
