In episode 127, Mike and James attempt to answer questions about topical NSAIDs, bleeds on NSAIDs and SSRIs, Strep throat, statins in the UK, and NSAIDs and CVD risk. They smish and smash all the available data into partly coherent answers, yet give definitive and dogmatic answers with the conviction of a dog with a bone or a cardiologist with a statin.

HI Mike and James,

I am a big fan of your podcast and want to thank you (and uptodate) for being my main sources of information during my family med residency and now that I am in practice. I have also been able to hear you both banter at various talks around BC and specifically at the Drug Therapy course last year. So a big thanks - very entertaining and informative.

I was hoping you could do a podcast on OSA - I don't think you have done this yet and I would really like your opinions, especially around diagnosis but mainly on the impact with CPAP and other tx (weight loss, mouth guard, surgery).
