3 week or so break while we go back to New Zealand

Mike and I are on hiatus for a few weeks as we get in some vacation time and head off for New Zealand at the end of August where we are presenting a Keynote/plenary session (and a few other talks) at the 2011 Conference for General Practice in Auckland.
